Dedica’s history...

The old trullo "Tre Cuti", the typical cylindrical Apulian house with the conical roof, is located between Presicce and Specchia in the south of Italy. It’s a place where the wind coming from the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea blows and brushes centenarian olive trees.....

Our ancestors embraced this space, hidden from prying eyes, hoping to get one day the precious "green nectar”...

"Tre Cuti" thus became over the years a place of commonality, friendship, (love) and passionated local dances; the cradle of ambitious projects to be realised …

Today, "Tre Cuti" has been passed down to us, and we proudly try to carry on the tradition of love for this magic and wild land. Every year relatives, friends and acquaintances gather all together around a table, bewitched by the flavour of the toasted home made bread, served with freshly picked tomatoes, and overall by our extra virgin olive oil, noble son of those lands.

During one of those delightful dinners, Matteo Cibic, a lovely Venetian friend of us and a renowned professional designer, started to think and seek for the perfect frame for our special extra virgin olive oil.

The idea was therefore to join our friendship with our own abilities to create together a unique "reminding souvenir" of those unforgettable evenings, combining the beauty of our breathless, crazy and wonderful country with both the creativity of our young and precious designer friend and the mastery of Pietro Viero, an artisan specialized in the production of unique and original Pyrex bottles. So Dedica has been born…

P.S. "Tre Cuti" is not marked on any maps, and it will never be, but all of us would be there with the spirit, always ready to welcome you in this hidden place…....

Sincerely yours : Nicola, Marco, Matteo, Pietro ed Alessandro
